Bakit – Christian

Bakit means Why. In this piece, I question the church leaders stance on condoms. The Baybayin reads Ba-Ki-T. The T has a vowel cancellation kudlit cross made of condoms.

Filipino Sacred Heart – Norman de los Santos

Even though it looks like a typical Catholic/Christian sacred heart symbol, turn it upside down and you can actually see that it is actually Baybayin script for “Bathala”, the native Filipino term for “God”.
